It’s is a soggy rainy day at C-ville and I will not be able to play golf as planned. It did made for a nice hike through the first downtown of C-ville which I thought was one of the prettiest. I am currently in the second downtown which is beside the University and sipping coffee and doing people watching. Too bad school days are out but there are still some pretty things walking around. I would not mind going back to C-ville.

I thought Palm Springs bus fare of $1.00 was the cheapest but C-ville beat it at $0.75 and they even have a free trolley. East Indians are the most dominant minority here. I have an idea of writing a piece titled “The Invisible Immigrants” to describe and detail the status of Flips in North America.

So, the candidates for my top songs of 2015, so far, is a tight clean sweep by Indie artists that even Taylor Swift’s Starbucks lovers song did not make it. So, with much affection and appreciation here is the list (and they all sound so very Eighties).

1. Budapest – George Ezra, 2. Bungalow – Scott Helman, 3. Dangerous – Big Data, 4. Shut Up and Dance – Walk the Moon (also best video), 5. Worlds on Fire – Zerbin, 6. Life of the Party – Shawn Mendes (also best songwriting), 7. Leather Jacket – Arkells, 8. Riptide – Vance Joy, 9. Unbelievers – Vampire Weekend, 10. Cigarette Daydreams – Cage the Elephant and 11. Rollercoater – Bleachers. And perhaps Starbucks lovers by Taylor Swift, lol.
